Trouble shooting tip for Windows XP (English Version) as Host OS Users
If you have a trouble that JETSET (CTRSET) cannot be started after completing Windows Update, please read and follow the step as follows to solve the problem.
The details of the Problem:
When starting PARTNER on Windows XP (English) OS, you will receive the following error message instead of starting JETSET.
"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. the vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."
This problem is occurred if you have installed the security update [925902(MS07-017)] and security updating program [928843(MS07-008)]
How to solve the problem:
Please download the "WindowsXP-KB935448-x86-ENU.exe" file from the following website. Then attach the patch to Windows program.
